Reward Matrix offers employers surveys to measure the impact of new benefits on staff engagement
Reward Matrix, the voluntary benefits provider, is now offering employers an online or paper-based survey to measure the impact of new benefits on staff engagement.

The survey takes 15 minutes to complete and asks employees about their personal values and any new benefits they may appreciate. From their answers, Reward Matrix claims it can present employers with a clear picture of how engaged staff are with their benefits.

Reward Matrix adds charity donations to voluntary site
Reward Matrix has created a facility within its voluntary benefits online portal that enables employees to make tax-efficient payments to a charity chosen by their employer from cash-back savings received under the scheme.

The voluntary benefits provider already offers employees cash-back savings on discounted products and services that are purchased through the online scheme.

Instead of just spending their savings on further products and services, employees now have the option of using them to make a gift aid donation to a charity nominated by their employer through the scheme.

Staff will be able to monitor the amount that they have donated over a period of time, as well as the total sum raised by their employer through the scheme for its chosen charity.

Mark Pym, lifestyle director at Reward Matrix, said: "Following discussion with our clients we realised that this voluntary option would be well received by their employees."

There is also an in-built facility which allows the chosen charity to contact individual members of staff by email at specific times, for example, in the case of a major disaster or a specific appeal.

The feature for charity donations has been added to the Reward Matrix product at no extra cost to either existing or new clients.
