Our partners include well recognised high street retailers through to specialist suppliers who add strong value to our schemes. We choose to partner with an evolving cross section of suppliers who we believe will deliver a good cross section of products and services.

We have over a 1,000 partnership arrangements and review the market continually to identify new partners. We are independent and have no bias towards any specific partners.

We recognise the importance of our partnership arrangements and as such are selective in who we select as partners. Our criteria include:
  1. Great Discounts
    We recognise the importance of selecting the providers of the best discounts in the market place and accordingly select our partners based on their ability to provide real, genuine and competitive discounts. We believe that choice is important to our members and therefore aim to feature a broad range of suppliers in each category, thus giving our members the option of selecting which supplier they wish to shop with.
  2. Brand Recognition
    We love to work with the top brands in the market place as well as up and coming brands and smaller organisations who are in the process of establishing their brands. The most important selection criteria here is that our partners’ brands are seen as positive and match our values. Whilst we work hard to ensure we only work with those partners who match our values, we also will deselect partners who do not adhere to our values of providing service and value that exceeds expectations – we are pleased to say that to date this has not been necessary.
  3. Customer Service
    Any transaction is only as good as the back-up service. We choose only to work with partners who provide a prompt, friendly and reliable service. This includes ensuring that any customer queries that we pass on are dealt with promptly and politely. Our guide here is we expect our partners to deal with our customers to the same standard as we would expect and provide in a similar situation.
  4. Quality
    We regularly receive positive feedback from our customers relating to product quality. On the rare occasions that we receive complaints regarding poor quality products we will investigate these and where any concerns are substantiated we will deselect partners who do not meet the stringent expectations of our customers regarding quality products.






We are proud of the relationship we have with our partners and love to work with existing and new partners to exceed our customers’ expectations.

We know that by providing great service, a wide choice of interesting and quality products in a secure and accessible closed environment, we are able to increase the take up of discounts through our schemes and therefore increased sales for our partners.
